Why Second Bloom?
Second bloom is a phenomenon that occurs when a plant grows new flowers after its first flowering. Sometimes, this happens after a period of stress, dormancy, or changes in its environment. Before new growth appears above the soil, the plant may first strengthen its roots beneath the surface. In other words, growth can happen quietly and unexpectedly, even when it seems like the season for blooming has passed.
Often life's challenges and traumatic experiences can make us feel like this is all we'll ever amount to. But we believe something different. You can bloom again even't when you "shouldn't."
We provide discreet, individualized counselling that honours the complexity of each unique story.
Each session is a curated encounter—rooted in evidence-based practice yet elevated by a nuanced appreciation of culture, meaning, and lived narrative. Here, progress unfolds at a cultivated, sustainable pace.
